Although less than two years old, Oceanic now counts some of Fiji’s largest organisations as its clients including the Fiji Electric Authority, the Fiji Visitor's Bureau, the Pacific Island Forum Secretariat and Vodafone Fiji. among others. Additionally, Oceanic has branched out into providing email and communication services to small and medium-size businesses as well with the hope of encouraging new usage and developing the industry further. Partial de-regulation of the Internet-access market has significantly helped the company sell its product. Internet access costs dropped more than 50% almost overnight which has led to more businesses in the country showing interest in marketing themselves online and enhancing their customer services. From a service perspective, the lower access charges made it more affordable to provide email and website outsourcing solutions to Oceanic’s clients.

The company initially started with 20 part time Call Centre staff in 2002. That has grown to over 100 staff in the last 3 years with that number to more than double in the next two years. In the last year, management board have had to look for more space due to the increase in outsourced work and staff numbers. This was when the idea of converting one of the shoe factories in Kalabu's former Tax Free Zone into a thriving, modern, state-of-art business centre for Quest, was first thought up. Today, the complex is ready to house up to 220 staff. With facilities such as a gym, family/parenting room, quiet room, recreational facilities and training room, the complex stands to be one of the best in the country.
Quest is now seen as a flagship company for Fiji, early successes and recognition include the internationally renowned 'Best Employers Survey' which rated Quest in the 'Best Employer' category. Quest also stands to receive an award at the prestigious Fiji Business Excellence Awards in November.

Mr Pellet is optimistic that his current staff of 14 that grew from the initial 6 is set to grow should the present trend continue and he anticipates extending his current business which so far is mostly international to local businesses as well.
Mr Pellet recommends the KTFZ site to companies and businesses and says that his company has been very pleased with their present location and that he has no doubt other prospective companies will likewise not be disappointed if they chose to set up at Kalabu.
