FOREIGN INVESTMENT REGISTRATION 

Amendments have been made to the Foreign Investment Regulations 2008.  Effective date for the Foreign Investment Regulations 2009 is from 16th January 2009.  For more information on the Reserved and Restricted List please click on the following link: http://www.ftib.org.fj/invest-fiji-foreign-act.cfm

As from 1st January 2009, all Foreign Investment Registration Certificates will be received and processed ON-LINE.  Please click on the following link to register yourself before you can fill and submit an on-line FIRC application.  http://www.egov.gov.fj.  Please take note, application fee for Foreign Investment Registration Certificate is F$2,812.50 (VIP).  Before lodging your application, please refer to the Foreign Investment Regulations 2009(http://www.ftib.org.fj/invest-fiji-foreign-act.cfm).
